Reservations
Book your ride online. Review your selected route, travel date, departure time, pickup instructions, and total before completing the reservation. An inquiry submitted through our contact form is not a confirmed reservation.
Sedona pickup & drop-off
Sedona McDonald’s is our pickup and drop-off location in Sedona. Trips leaving Sedona depart from here, and trips arriving from Phoenix Airport drop off here. Review your booking confirmation for additional meeting instructions.
Cancellations & refunds
Reservations canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations made on the day of service will be charged in full.
Trip protection
Purchasing trip protection allows you to cancel or reschedule your ride for any reason up to 30 minutes prior to your ride. Review the full trip protection and reimbursement terms before purchasing.
Vehicle arrangements
For trips with four or fewer passengers, transportation may be provided in a GMC Yukon Denali or an equivalent luxury vehicle.
